What We Build

Handcrafted Cedar Hot Tubs
for St. Louis Homes

cedar hot tubs handcrafted by Satori Cedar Spas — American-made, fully assembled, and installed locally by our St. Louis team. A different category from anything at a big-box store.

What Makes Ours Different

Handcrafted, not manufactured

Most hot tubs are fiberglass or acrylic shells — manufactured, mass-produced, and sold at retail markup. Ours are built from Western red cedar, coopered and fitted by hand at the Satori Cedar Spas workshop. The difference is visible, tactile, and lasting.

Ships nationally. Every cedar hot tub is delivered fully assembled — not as a kit — to your home anywhere in the country.

cedar is naturally resistant to moisture, rot, and bacteria. It ages beautifully, smells extraordinary, and insulates heat efficiently. A cedar hot tub is a long-term piece, not something you replace every few years.

Indoor or Outdoor

Installed anywhere

cedar hot tubs can be installed indoors (with proper drainage and ventilation) or outdoors in your backyard, on a deck, or patio. Our team handles site assessment, electrical connection, and all installation. You show up to a running tub.

Three Ways to Heat

Electric — Convenient, clean, and precise. Requires a 50-amp hookup — control temperature from your phone. Most popular for residential use.

Gas (natural gas or propane) — Heats water faster than electric and runs efficiently for larger tubs. Requires a gas line connection but delivers powerful, consistent heat.

Wood-fired — The most traditional experience. Available with internal or external firebox. No electricity needed, making it ideal for off-grid or remote installations. Many clients say stoking the fire is half the experience.

Pair With a Sauna

The complete wellness yard

A cedar hot tub alongside an outdoor sauna or cold plunge creates a complete home wellness retreat. We design multi-element setups that work together — spatially and aesthetically.

Sizing

The right size for how you live

Our cedar hot tubs range from 4 feet (seats 1–2 people) to 7 feet (seats 8–10 people). The right size depends on your typical use — a couple’s evening retreat, family nights, or entertaining guests. Smaller tubs heat faster and fit most decks and patios; larger tubs become the centerpiece of a backyard.

All sizes are handcrafted at the Satori Cedar Spas workshop and delivered fully assembled — not as a kit.

Fully built, not a kit. Every cedar hot tub is delivered fully assembled and ready to fill. While most competitors ship boxes of parts for you to figure out, yours arrives ready to use — the same day it’s delivered.
